A: If you've made a reservation, simply show your booking confirmation email or provide the name used for the reservation.
Q3. Do you offer Chinese or English-speaking staff?
A: Yes! Both of our stores provide service in Cantonese, Mandarin, English, and Japanese.
Q4. Do you rent ski and snowboard clothing?
A: Yes! We offer a full range of ski jackets and pants in sizes XS–XXL, and you can choose the style and fit in-store.
Q5. Do I need to pay in advance?
A: Standard rentals can be paid for at the store using cash or credit card. Premium snowboard rentals require deposit at the time of booking.
